Return policy
Free returns up to 14 days of sale, provided the items remain sealed where applicable. Refunds/replacement orders will be sorted as fast as possible should they be required.
Shipping policy
Each order will be packed with care and attention, I only send out parcels that I'd be happy to receive myself. The standard shipping cost is already reflected in the product price,so no extra charges will be applied.
Special orders, based on individual size and value, may include costs. This is for extra insurance for both ourselves and our customers, that it can be delivered as securely as possible.
